Introducing: The Gloaming. The point in time immediately following the setting of the sun when it is still light. We get loads of this in Alaska and it’s truly a thing of beauty, just like this beers. Built upon a really clean malt base of North American Pilsner malt and fermented with an easy going American Ale Yeast with the intention of letting the hops shine to the fullest extent. Strata in the whirlpool lays the foundation of citrus, passion fruit and a little dank. We dropped with copious amounts of Bru-1, Strata and Nelson hops layering in pineapple, white wine and more citrus. Smooth but present bitterness leaves you hankering for more.
