Our friends from Juneau's Devil's Club Brewing Company and Sitka's Harbor Mountain Brewing Company joined us this spring for a weekend of curling and brewing. The result is a righteous saison brewed with German Pilsner malt and spelt, along with US-grown Adeena hops. This excellent spring and summer sipper features notes of white bread, crushed white pepper, lemongrass and underripe banana.
