Taproom Details
Come visit our cozy Fairbanks taproom, conveniently located just off the Parks Highway/Mitchell Expressway at Peger Road. Our taproom offers handcrafted beers and ciders by the pint and to-go and frequently hosts food vendors and pop-ups.
Please drink responsibly as you take in the wild Alaskan Tundra, but be sure to have some fun with us too!

Coloring Night: One Giant Patio Mosaic
Celebrate the last day of school with an artistic challenge: can you turn our entire patio into one giant sidewalk chalk mosaic? Betcha can. This event is free to participate in, and sidewalk chalk and a fatty mural template will be provided. In the event of rain or, less likely, an incomplete mosaic, coloring will resume on Thursday, May 22.
Live on the Patio: Sundog featuring Casey Smith Project & Shady Pines Retirement Home
Let's kick this three-day weekend off with some fresh jams! Join us for an evening of live music featuring some quality AK bands: Sundog, Casey Smith Project and Shady Pines Retirement Home. There will be no cover charge for this concert (100% ID check, 12oz pours only for the night), and kids are welcome (must be accompanied by an adult). Food truck TBA.
Patio Pop-Up: AK Sunprints
Start the summer in style! We're delighted to welcome Jessica Horecki of AK Sunprints to our taproom, where she'll be showing off apparel, jewelry and prints featuring botanical sunprints! Find her on Instagram at @aksunprints.
First Friday: Sarah Clark of Forget-Me-Knot Stitches
She's back! We're thrilled to welcome Sarah Clark of Forget-Me-Knot Stitches back to our taproom as our featured artist for the month of June! Sarah's beautifully detailed hoops make a gorgeous addition to any home collection, and if you're so inspired, she's got DIY kits available, too! Sarah's work will be on display and available for sale all month long, and you can find her on Instagram at @forgetmeknow_stitches.
Patio Pop-Up: THEM Processed Goods
Who's up for some screenprinting?! C'mon down for a pop-up featuring THEM Processed Goods' Arleigh Hitchcock! They'll be selling dope printed, upcycled pieces, as well as doing screenprinting onsite! Check them out on Instagram at @them_processed_goods.
Live on the Patio: Honeybucket Stringband
It's not summertime in Fairbanks without some quality folksy jams under the midnight sun! Join us for a rockin' Saturday night featuring our good friends, the Honeybucket Stringband! This concert is free to attend, and kids are welcome with a parent/legal guardian. 100% ID check at the door, 12oz pours only (punch cards issued at ID check) and check back for the evening's featured food truck!
Solstice Week Patio Pop-Up: Krista Kelley & Lindsey Maillard
It's solstice week, so our patio pop-up is twice as fun! We're happy to welcome Krista Kelley of Arctic Rose Studio, as well as Lindsey Maillard! Krista's stellar array of wood and acrylic earrings and hangable pieces will be available, and you can find her on Instagram at @arcticroseak. Lindsey is a Tanana Dena' artist currently attending the Institute of American Indian Arts and will have a variety of paintings, prints, stickers, printed bandanas and hats and bead dentallium necklaces available for sale. Lindsey will be with us next Thursday, as well!

C'mon, how fun is this pooch print? Two Rivers-based artist Joe LaMagna is joining us this week with colorful, husky-inspired prints! Sure to bring a smile to any dog lover's face, Joe's work features Alaska's hard-working (and, sometimes, hardly working) pups in a joyous graphic style. Find Joe on Instagram at @siberianhuskysocks, and his work will be on display and available for sale throughout July!
Patio Pop-Up: Arctic Apothecary

Taproom FAQs
We’ve put together some answers to common questions in the hope we can save you some time, but please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have a different question.
Contact UsOur taproom is open to serve you Monday through Friday 3PM to 8PM and Saturday 12PM to 8PM. At present, we stop service at 8PM, and per Alaska state law, all customers need to be off of our licenses premise by 9:30PM.
We are located in South Fairbanks at 3290 Peger Rd STE B. Just south of the Mitchell Expressway.
Until December 31, 2023, Alaska state law mandated that breweries had to stop service promptly at 8PM. As of January 1, 2024, breweries are able to continue service up until 9PM, and all customers must be out by 9:30PM. Sound weird? It gets weirder. Per state law, we are also subject to a limit on how much we can serve on-premise: 36 ounces per person per day. We are not able to have televisions on-premise and are limited to a maximum of four live events per license per year (plus, we have to apply and pay for a permit to put on these events). Yeah, we know.
Yes! Each visitor may take up to 5.167 gallons of beer to-go per day. We offer 1/6 barrel (5.167 gallon) kegs, growler fills and 4-packs to-go. Need more than 5.167 gallons? We recommend that you either bring a friend or come back tomorrow!
As of February 19, 2024, we are offering direct-to-consumer shipments of our beer and cider to addresses (no PO boxes) on Alaska's road system. Some order limitations apply, and you can start an order by clicking the "purchase for delivery" button on the page of any of our brews or ciders on this website. We are working to add additional service areas and will update our website as we do.

We offer a variety of sizes at a multitude of price points for your tasting requirements. Not sure what to try? Ask a server for some direction and a sample. And yes, our flights consists of three 4oz pours. You may legally have three flights to hit your 36oz limit per day.
