Alasktober Festbier is Nearly Here!
Has this crisp, late-summer air got you in the mood for a refreshing, super crispy beer? Us, too! Alasktober Festbier, our annual, autumnal lager, will be available on tap and in 4-packs to-go from our taproom beginning next Friday, September 8! This joyously festive beer has notes of water cracker and honey from a malt bill of primarily Pilsner malt. A touch of Pure Idaho and Vienna malts add additional flavor depth and a warm, light golden color. German Hallertau Mittelfruh hops bring the Old World character, along with floral and peppery hop notes.
This beer always sells out quickly, so be sure to enjoy it on tap while you can! We’ll have this beer on our side pull faucet, and a limited number of to-go kegs will be available, too. Prost, folks!

Stop by our patio this Thursday, August 31 to learn about the work of Noble Paws! This local non-profit works with individuals with disabilities and at-risk behaviors how to mush. Noble Paws aims to enable participants to discover new forms of mobility, independence and self-reliance
Who’s ready for beer festival season?! Mark your calendars for the first annual Boots & Brews Beer Fest on Friday, October 13! This festival is sponsored by Denali State Bank and presented by the Brewers Guild of Alaska. Ready to get in on the fun? You can buy tickets, sign up to volunteer and see who’ll be pouring HERE.
Brewery Brunch is held at our taproom every Saturday from noon until 3PM. Special brunch beer cocktails, like our spicy red beer, will be offered. We’ll also have fresh pastries from local bakeries like Marlo’s and Little Owl Cafe.
Our next round of Anchorage and Mat-Su deliveries is scheduled for Monday, September 11. We’ll be restocking your favorite bars, restaurants and retailers with BSBC staples and new releases.
