Thank you for five incredible years of great brews and fun times!

Two variations of our award-winning Reginald Van Horn Barrel-Aged Barleywine will be available this Thursday.

Five years, hundreds of brews, dozens of First Fridays, thousands of miles driven, hundreds of thousands of cans filled and a few babies later, it’s time to celebrate our fifth anniversary! We can’t thank our fans and our community enough for a half-decade of fun times and great brews, and we look forward to raising a glass with you at our fifth anniversary bash this Thursday, December 21!


But which glass to raise?! We’ll have FOUR NEW RELEASES dropping this Thursday, each tastier than the last. Enjoy a full glass, snag a taster flight or grab some to-go! Available Thursday at our taproom, we’ll be releasing:

  • Blackberry Blossom Honey Mead (On Tap Only, No To-Go)
  • Goin’ Against Your Mind Hazy DDH DIPA with Passion Fruit (On Tap and To-Go)
  • Two Variations of Reginald Van Horn Barrel-Aged Barleywine
  • Blend of 2022 Vintage Aged for 12 Months in Willett Bourbon Barrels with 2023 Vintage Aged 7 Months in Knob Creek Bourbon Barrels
  • Blend of 2022 Vintage Aged 12 Months in Heaven Hill Rye Whiskey Barrels with 2023 Vintage Aged 7 Months in Knob Creek Bourbon Barrels
  • Both Variations Available On Tap and To-Go (Single 16oz Cans Only)


All of these tasty morsels, plus Black Spruce classics like Aroma Dome IPA and Vernal Buzz Milk Stout, will be available for your sipping pleasure later this week! Cheers, and thank you again for five terrific years!

Dying to try Goin’ Against Your Mind Hazy DIPA with Passion Fruit but live far away from our taproom? On January 1, we’ll begin shipping beer! Yep, you read that right! Now, you won’t have to miss out on new releases or your fix of one of our flagships just because you aren’t in Fairbanks! Beginning in 2024, we’ll have our beers and ciders available through our online store to ship to you!

*Some restrictions will apply, depending on shipping address, order volume and product availability.

Winter Warmer

Tis the season! Our hot mulled cider is back for the winter! On Fridays and Saturdays, our hot cider features a warming blend of mulling spices (cinnamon, clove, orange) and pleasant sweetness, all built on a base of our Golden Heart Off-Dry Cider. Whether curled up on our taproom couches or cozying up to our outdoor fire pits, this winter warmer is sure to put you in the mood for winter adventures and cheerful times with dear friends.

Our next First Friday is coming up on Friday, January 5, and we’re thrilled to welcome local artist Emily Rosenblatt! Emily practices a variety of disciplines, including oil painting, drawing, graphic design, photography and jewelry making. Emily’s work will be on display and available for sale throughout the month of January!


At our 5 year anniversary bash on Thursday, December 21, Jenny March will be at our taproom for a pop-up! Jenny’s artwork incorporates local birch bark and makes a great, Alaska-inspired addition to any collection.

We’ve got food indoors! You can catch The Knotty Pretzel inside at our taproom on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays and Megs Eats ‘n Treats indoors on Wednesdays and Thursdays! Stay tuned for updates on additional vendors and dates!

**Note: Meg’s Eats & Treats will be unavailable December 27-28.


Brewery Brunch is held at our taproom every Saturday from noon until 3PM. Special brunch beer cocktails, like our spicy red beer, will be offered. We’ll also have fresh pastries from local bakeries like Marlo’s and Little Owl Cafe.


We just dropped off another delivery of beer and cider to our Anchorage and Mat-Su accounts at the start of this week! Our next round of Anchorage and Mat-Su deliveries will likely be at the beginning of February (exact date TBA).


Our taproom will be CLOSED on Monday, December 25 and Monday, January 1.
