Anniversary Releases Preview
Psssttt… We’re turning seven soon, and we have some special beers comin’ to celebrate! Hold on to your hats, because on Friday, December 19, we’ll be releasing three (3!!!) heavyweight bangers! Happy 7th birthday to us!
- Pistachio Thumbprint Imperial Stout with Pistachios, Cacao Nibs & Vanilla - Originally released in 2021, people have been asking for this one to make a comeback ever since. This one-off batch is loaded with fifty pounds of pistachios, ten pounds of cacao nibs and a whole pound of vanilla beans. It’s giving all that pistachio butter cup, dark chocolate, marshmallow-y goodness, and it’s not gonna be here for long. 9.8% ABV. This one will be available on tap and in 4-packs to-go.
- Barrel-Aged Reginald Van Horn Barleywine - One of our most-awarded beers is back with two fresh barrel treatments! Get ready! Both of these will be available as single cans, and one variation will be available on tap (TBD which).
- Rye Variation - Aged twelve months in Russell’s Reserve Rye Whiskey barrels, tasting notes on this one are Trader Joe’s fig butter (IYKYK), toffee, granola and dried fruit.
- Bourbon Variation - Aged twelve months in A. Bowman Smith Bourbon Barrels, this bad boy offers notes of homemade caramel sauce, molasses cookies and Bada Bing cherries.
Again, these will be dropping in conjunction with our seventh anniversary celebration on Friday, December 19. Thank you for celebrating seven years of fun and fermentation with us, and here’s to many more!
