Barrel-Aged Stout Drop Tomorrow

A Message from the Brewer

We have entered into the season of spook. A joyous time of year full of tricks and treats. I raise a question to you, my dear reader, what is more spooky than staring into the abyss of our Long Nights? I’m waiting. As temperatures drop and snow settles in, we find our proclivity for barrel aged beers rekindle and shine bright once more. On the spookiest day of the year, All Hallows’ Eve, we give a gift, a treat really, of our most prized possession: two versions of our award winning barrel aged imperial stout, Long Nights.

This year we were delighted to have a couple Baker’s Bourbon barrels and a couple Corralejo Tequila Cask Finished Templeton Rye Whiskey barrels to age in. Embark on the journey of exploration as you meander through notes of vanilla and caramel in one variant and sweet agave and coconut in the other.

Both variants of Long Nights Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout will be available on Thursday, October 31. Both variants will be available on tap and in 16oz single cans to-go while supplies last.

Cheers, and stay spooky,

Carey Fristoe

Head Brewer
