New year, new beer! Our latest lager is now available, plus our website’s been revamped and a new food truck is on our schedule!

Though we didn’t set out to release a new amber ale or lager at the beginning of each year, it seems like we keep doing so, and we’re not mad about it.
Enter the newest release in our unofficial amber series: Modern Love Amber Lager. Brewed with floor-malted dark malt, Pilsner malt and specialty malts and hopped with German Hallertau Mittelfruh hops, this lager combines classic ingredients with the latest brewing science. Drinkers can expect their palates to be greeted with layered flavors of freshly baked whole wheat bread, caramel and a dusting of cocoa powder, all preceding a clean finish.
This beer is currently featured on our Lukr side pull faucet at our taproom and is available for conventional and Mlíko (milk) pours. Take it to-go with a growler fill or 4-pack, and enjoy!

Love barleywine? Catch BSBC at the Alaska Craft Brew & Barley Wine Festival in Anchorage on Friday, February 2 and Saturday, February 3! Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased HERE. You can bet we’ll be bringing barleywine, new releases and more and can’t wait to see you there!
Brewery Brunch is held at our taproom every Saturday from noon until 3PM. Special brunch beer cocktails, like our spicy red beer, will be offered. We’ll also have fresh pastries from local bakeries like Marlo’s and Little Owl Cafe.
We just dropped off another delivery of beer and cider to our Anchorage and Mat-Su accounts at the start of this week! Our next round of Anchorage and Mat-Su deliveries will likely be at the beginning of February (exact date TBA).
