Film Screening This Wednesday

A movie, baby! Plus, an avalanche talk, live music and more!
Film Screening This Wednesday

How ‘bout a moving movie with your beer? This Wednesday, March 11 at 6PM, join us for a screening of Arctic Alchemy: The Roman Dial Story!

From the filmmakers:
“Arctic Alchemy” follows renowned Alaskan adventurer and climate scientist Roman Dial on a research expedition to find the source of a mysterious phenomenon poisoning watersheds. Along the journey, Roman reckons with fatherhood, personal tragedy, and the power of wilderness to both break us and bring us alive.

The film will be followed by a Q&A with Roman Dial and organizers from Defend the Brooks Range. The DBR folks will be raffling off a few hoodies, too! Seating will be limited, so get there early! You can learn more about the film HERE. Food will be available for purchase from Meg’s Eats & Treats.
