Happy Pride Month!
This Friday, we’ll release our eighth Brewed with Pride collaboration! Plus, First Friday and Brewery Yoga this weekend!
This year’s Brewed with Pride label features another adorable picture of collaborator Larry Lowery in his youth!
Happy Pride Month, everyone! We couldn’t be more stoked to kick off this year’s Pride Month with our eighth annual Brewed with Pride collaboration with our friend and Fairbanks local legend, Larry Lowery! Each year that we’ve collaborated, Larry has brought stellar insight and inspiration to the brew, and this year’s is a true celebration of all things good in the summertime.
This year’s collaboration is titled The Blacker the Berry, The Sweeter the Pie, a blackberry pie-inspired sour beer featuring copious additions of blackberry purée, graham cracker and a bit of good ol’ Madagascar vanilla. Picking berries in the summer is a happy childhood memory and annual time of year for most everyone, and what shows off a good berry more than a killer berry pie? This year’s brew is a true standout in our collaborative series with Larry, and we can’t wait to share it with you.
The Blacker the Berry, The Sweeter the Pie Blackberry Pie-Inspired Sour will be available on tap and in cans beginning this Friday, June 5 and will be available while supplies last. Spice It Up will be our food truck this Friday (4PM-8PM only), and La Cubanita will be with us all day this Saturday (12PM-8PM).
First Friday This Week
A new month is upon us, and you know what that means: First Friday is this week! This month, we’ll be featuring the artwork of local printmaker Arleigh Hitchcock (THEM Processed Goods).
Arleigh's newest collection, titled "Printing Chaos Re-Formed," was created using repurposed materials leftover from the printmaking process. Arleigh will also be doing live printing of original designs. Arleigh's work will be on display all month long!
Brewery Yoga This Saturday
This Saturday, June 6 at 10:30AM, we’ll host our first Saturday Morning Brewery Yoga! This 75-minute flow, led by Anna Marie Nolte, will leave you feeling energized and ready to tackle your weekend. This class is open to all skill levels, and beginners are welcome! Be sure to bring your own yoga mat (we won’t have loaners), and your registration includes a beverage token! Space is limited, so register now!
