As promised, our latest batch of mead is available at our taproom TODAY! Plus, a new West Coast DIPA, and you can catch us in Anchorage this weekend!
A brand new batch of blackberry blossom mead is now available for your enjoyment at our taproom! Light, sweet and floral, this flavorful sipper makes a terrific apertif before you dig in to our other new offering, Brass Knuckles West Coast DIPA! Brass Knuckles continues a joyous tradition of West Coast double IPAs brewed with our friends at Lavelle’s Taphouse in celebration of another year of bringing the finest ales to the people of Fairbanks!
Our blackberry blossom mead is available to enjoy by the glass at our taproom, but this offering is not available to-go. Brass Knuckles West Coast DIPA is available both on tap and to-go in 4-packs.
We Like Big Beers
You can catch us in Anchorage at the Alaska Craft Brew & Barley Wine Festival at the Dena’ina Convention Center this Friday, February 2 and February 3! We’ll be pouring plenty of new releases, as well as some of your favorite BSBC flagships! As one would hope, we’ll probably throw in a barleywine or imperial stout for good measure, too. Get your tickets now, and we’ll see you in a couple of weeks!

This cold snap gotcha thinking about bustin’ outta town? The Brewers Guild of Alaska is raffling off a pair of roundtrip tickets to anywhere Alaska Airlines flies! Purchase a single raffle ticket for $10 or three tickets for $25. The raffle will be held on Monday, February 26, and you don’t have to be present to win. All proceeds benefit the Brewers Guild of Alaska. Grab a ticket the next time you’re in for a pint and support the cause!
Upcoming Events
Our next First Friday is coming up in two weeks! Alyssa Enriquez will be our featured artist for the month of February, and you can catch her First Friday show at our taproom on Friday, February 2! Alyssa’s stunning photographs will be on display and available for sale throughout the month of February and, as always, we’ll have plenty of great Black Spruce beer and cider to enjoy while you take in the artwork!
Love barleywine? Catch BSBC at the Alaska Craft Brew & Barley Wine Festival in Anchorage on Friday, February 2 and Saturday, February 3! Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased HERE. You can bet we’ll be bringing barleywine, new releases and more and can’t wait to see you there!
Brewery Brunch is held at our taproom every Saturday from noon until 3PM. Special brunch beer cocktails, like our spicy red beer, will be offered. We’ll also have fresh pastries from local bakeries like Marlo’s and Little Owl Cafe.
Anchorage and Mat-Su accounts, we’re comin’ for ya! Our next round of Anchorage and Mat-Su deliveries will be on Thursday, February 1 ahead of the Alaska Craft Brew & Barley Wine Festival. Stock up on your Black Spruce faves at your local bottle shop, then come and say “hi” to us at the festival!
