LocalFest Tomorrow

We are stoked to be hosting LocalFest 2024 at our taproom TOMORROW! From 4PM to 8PM, we’ll have live music from a slew of dope local artists (indoors in the brewery), as well as bangin’ local eats and useful information about our upcoming local elections! Kiddos are welcome, so long as they’re accompanied by a parent, and this event is FREE to attend!
Even better? We’ll have a new release on tap! Check out the note below for more information on this year’s batch of Solar Recharger Hazy DIPA!
A Message from the Brewer
Where to begin. The end of our Bacchanalian summer delights? The laborious period where we all scramble to shore up the remnants of our indulgent summer pastimes? That feels wrong. It is best to begin with an ending that ushers in a new beginning. As we celebrate the Earth’s perpetual swagger and the shifting away from the sun, we welcome the release of Solar Comedown Hazy Double IPA 2024. I will be the first to tell you: it is a banger. A handful of recipe changes including utilizing Lallemand American East Coast Yeast and dry hopping with Citra, Nelson and Riwaka hops has certainly yielded magic. A menagerie of mango, papaya and lime flavors dance with the supple smoothness of the wheat and oat base. The perfect beer to help us transition from our scantily clad summer activities to the reinforced garb of winter pleasures.
Cheers,
Carey, Head Brewer
New Next Week
We are slamming into the start of barrel-aged beer season with a rowdy new release. Actually, two barrel-aged releases. Next Friday, September 27, we’ll be releasing Voracious Tendencies Black Barleywine. We will have two variants of this beer available: one aged in bourbon barrels, the other aged in rum barrels. Both are gonna knock your socks off. Not sure what a black barleywine is? Tune in next week for another brewer’s note and more details, or just come by to try for yourself.
