Hope everyone’s having a rad spring break! We’ve got beautiful weather, warm temperatures and, of course, plenty of bangin’ beer and cider! Our taproom is open all week with new releases and flagship favorites on tap, plus we’ve got local food vendors here every day! Come soak in the sun on our patio, and be sure to grab a 4-pack or two to-go!
Our taproom is open 3PM to 8PM with Meg’s Eats & Treats today and tomorrow, 3PM to 9PM on Friday with Spice It Up and 12PM to 8PM on Saturday with Meg again!
C’mon Down & Color

Tonight is our monthly Coloring Night! We’ve got coloring pages for all ages available at each table, as well as all of the crayons you could ever hope to enjoy. Feel free to stick your artwork to the fridge (our big walk-in cooler) when you’re done! Meg’s Eats & Treats will be indoors tonight, and we’re about to tap our last keg of our house-made non-alcoholic passion fruit soda! Grown-ups, be sure to try our new For Fox Sake Helles Lager, too!
Tap N9ne West Coast IPA

A happy belated ninth anniversary to our friends at Lavelle’s Taphouse! To celebrate nine years of business for this incredible Fairbanks establishment, owner Arlette Eagle-Lavelle joined us to brew up something extra special. Introducing, Tap N9ne West Coast IPA! This beer is a celebration of Mosaic hops. With some extra doses of Australian Vic Secret and New Zealand Motueka hops for good measure, expect this crystal-clear beauty to show you a world full of the flavors and aromas of blueberry kush, passion fruit, pine and lime zest.
Returning on the Vernal Equinox
Coming next Friday, March 21, it’s the return of a real seasonal banger: Solar Recharger Hazy DIPA. The malt base on this bad boy is pillowy soft, and we take a journey south of the equator for this year’s hops: NZ Motueka and Australian Eclipse take center stage. With additional additions of Citra Incognito, Eclipse terpenes and an American East Coast yeast strain, get ready for vibes of Orange Julius, freshly squeezed lime and juicy peach.
