We're Turning 6!

Plus, come get some new books today!
Can you believe that we’ve been brewing, fermenting and hosting Fairbanks fun for six years?! Come celebrate with us at our Sixth Anniversary Bash this Saturday, December 21! We’ve got an evening full of good times planned, and we hope you’ll join us! Come by for:
- Live music beginning at 6PM! We’re stoked to have Casey Smith Project playing, along with special guest The Forest That Never Sleeps!
- Hope you’re ready for a trio of beer releases!
- After a two year hiatus, Treble Dome Triple IPA returns this Saturday! This hefty yet deceptively drinkable lil’ number is an amped up version of our flagship Aroma Dome IPA and will be available both on tap and to-go (4-packs, growler fills).
- Our multi-award-winning Reginald Van Horn Barleywine series continues with two fresh releases! Two new variants, one a blend of bourbon and rum barrel-aged barleywine, the other aged in rye whiskey barrels, will be available in single 16oz cans to-go, and the bourbon/rum variant will be available on tap, as well!
- Meg’s Eats & Treats will be here with fresh, made-to-order bites all evening long!
There’s no cover charge to enjoy the tunes, and kids with a parent are welcome. We’ll be checking everyone’s IDs and offering only 12oz pours (10oz for barrel-aged beers) in compostable, single-use cups for the evening.
Thanks again for six great years, and cheers to many more!
A Message from the Brewer
As we approach our 6th anniversary, I have been reflecting on what we have accomplished and what we have planned for the future. Jake, Steph and I have learned a lot of lessons about running a business (as this is the first business we have owned and operated), running a small craft brewery in the Interior of Alaska, navigating relationships with customers, suppliers and accounts and how to keep things fun. It has been a wild ride as we trudged through a pandemic, inflation and a recession. We have purchased new equipment, repaired old equipment and parted ways with unsalvageable equipment. It truly makes me marvel at the breweries that have been around for 100s of years. The work and dedication it takes to keep any small business operating can be mind numbing.
Then I think about why we do this. Our community, our beer, our passion. The joy sparked by witnessing first dates, a brand new baby’s first brewery trips, old friends reuniting, an escape to enjoy a pint and a book, someone excited about that next pint of Aroma Dome. These moments make it all worth it.
Thank you to all of you for your continued support, whether that's stopping in for a pint, picking up a 4-pack around town, leaving us a solid review or recommending us to your friends. We appreciate you all and your willingness to stop by our little corner of South Fairbanks. We are looking forward to the next 6 years and what those bring for us.
Cheers,
Carey Fristoe, Owner & Head Brewer
