The sun is shining, the days are long and the temperature is rising. You know what that means: patio season is back! One could argue that it never really went away, but it’s about to be prime time for outdoor beer drinking.

Over the last two years, we’ve made quite a few upgrades to our patio. We poured a new concrete pad and added a new fence and seating. A new firepit or two will keep you toasty warm when it gets chilly out. Should a little rain come our way, we’ve got two lovely pergolas ready to shield you from the elements. For the littles, we're happy to offer complementary chalk so that they can turn our boring old concrete into a colorful masterpiece.

ICYMI pups are welcome on our patio! All dogs must be well-behaved and remain on-leash and with their people while out there. Who wouldn’t want to enjoy a beer in the sun with a furry friend or two?

Alaska loves to support local, and our team here at BSBC feels tremendously grateful to get so much local love! To make it even easier for you, our fans, to enjoy our beers, we’ve got them available all over the place. Each week, we drive our big, beautiful box truck all over Fairbanks to drop off fresh kegs and cans of all of your favorites. Our team checks beer rotation, cleans beer lines and adds new signs to make sure that our beer is tasting great and looking sharp. Thank you to all of our fans across Alaska and to all of the local businesses that carry our beer!

Brew of the Week

Attention, crispy boys and girls: this summer’s batch of FBX LITE American Light Lager is in the works! Lightly colored, casually hopped and always golden, FBX LITE is the perfect beer to drink on a sunny summer day in the Golden Heart City.

FBX LITE will be available on tap and in 4-packs to go from our taproom in six to eight weeks. Stay tuned for release details!

Get Slushed Soon!

Spring has sprung, so that means it’s about time to bust out the slushee machine for the season! Beginning next Friday, April 21, we’ll be treating our most fruit-forward beers, like WOW! Real Fruit Smoothie-Style Sour, to the slushee treatment now until the cold returns! Made out of BSBC beer and a touch of simple syrup, this icy treat is great for the beer-lover who’s trying to stay cool.

Starting next Friday, April 21, our beer slushees will be available on Fridays and Saturdays, as well as especially hot days. Slushees will be available through the fall!

Upcoming Events

We’ll be at at Ski Land’s Tamarack Grill for a tap takeover on Saturday, April 15. Enjoy live music, new beer releases and a gorgeous view!

Wares by Maegan will be at our taproom for a pop-up on Thursday, April 20 from 4PM to 7PM. Come peruse Maegan’s handmade macrame plant hangers, wall hangings and other woven pieces while enjoying a super fresh BSBC brew!

The UAF Pub will host its 16th Annual Taste of Alaska Beer Festival on Saturday, April 22 at 6PM. Tickets are on sale now at the UAF Pub.

Brewery Brunch is held at our taproom every Saturday from noon until 3PM. Special brunch beer cocktails, like our spicy red beer, will be offered, as well as fresh pastries from local bakeries like Marlo’s and Little Owl Cafe.

Our next round of Anchorage and Mat-Su deliveries are scheduled for April 13-14. We’ll be restocking your favorite bars, restaurants and retailers with BSBC staples and new releases.
