Tastes Good on the Bun V: Zest Laid Plans Lemon Bar Kölsch-Style Ale
Light-bodied, easy drinking and with additions of Sicilian lemon and Madagascar vanilla, this beer oozes summer. This year’s beer features new original artwork from the one and only Sara Karl, whose original works have graced this entire series of brews. On launch day, we’ll also have lemon bars and cinnamon rolls from Bun on the Run available while supplies last!

Fresh This Week
Clear days call for some hazy beers. We’ve got just the fix with our latest beer release: A Glimpse of Things to Come Hazy DIPA. Microdosed with Omega Yeast’s thiol-boosting Helio Gazer strain, this super aromatic brew features notes of Clementine fresh, just-peeled banana and extra ripe stone fruit. Experimental hop HBC 586 and modern classic Strata star in the dry-hop, plus a healthy whirlpool addition of Mosaic and mash-hopped with Saaz. Enjoy a pint during your next taproom visit, and grab a 4-pack to-go!

Christine Fik (Affluent Forager) will be at our taproom TODAY, Thursday, May 11 for a pop-up from 4PM to 7PM. Christine’s gorgeous earrings and pendants feature
hand-painted designs on cut antler slices. Grab a unique Mother’s Day gift and a fresh brew, all in one stop!
Fairbanks Water & Soil Conservation District will be at our taproom TODAY, Thursday, May 11. They’ll have information for landowners about various issues pertaining to invasive species, water quality, forest management and more.
Sew Suzukiya will be at our taproom for a pop-up on Thursday, May 18 from 4PM to 7PM. Come shop an incredible selection of handcrafted bags, wallets and more, all made right here in Fairbanks!
Returning artist Arisa Sasaki will be at our taproom for a pop-up on Thursday, May 25 from 4PM to 7PM. Along with captivating floral jewelry, Arisa will have a variety of her original prints available!
Brewery Brunch is held at our taproom every Saturday from noon until 3PM. Special brunch beer cocktails, like our spicy red beer, will be offered, as well as fresh pastries from local bakeries like Marlo’s and Little Owl Cafe.
Our next round of Anchorage and Mat-Su deliveries is scheduled for TODAY May 11. Our June delivery is schedule for Thursday, June 8. We’ll be restocking your favorite bars, restaurants and retailers with BSBC staples and new releases.
